Patrick George Gill

1980 to 2007

 

With family by his side, Patrick George Gill passed away peacefully far too young at the tender age of 26 on April 24, 2007 at Perrysburg Hospice. The Lord finally took Patrick’s pain and suffering away and he is at peace.
Patrick was resident of Lambertville, MI and Sarasota, FL, attended Bedford HS. He was the captain of his football team and holds the record for the most touchdowns scored in a single season. After graduating from Bedford in ‘99 Patrick served as his Squad Leader in the U.S. Army. He also worked at Snowden Construction and at King Electric. Known for his sense of humor and fun loving personality, Patrick had a love for water sports, especially water skiing, wake boarding, and kite boarding.

Patrick was preceded in death by his grandmother Elizabeth Gill and his grandfather John Cuno. He is survived by his parents Debbie and John King and Christopher and Mary Gill; grandparents Joseph Gill, Avinelle Cuno, Alice King and Jean Cover, brother, Christopher wife Amy, nephews Caleb and Gavin, sister, Sherry husband Mike Weirich, brother, Jeff wife Sarah, sister, Mary nephew Brandon, brother, David; and sister Candice King nephew Elijah. Patrick is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins,
girl friend Chelse, best friends Stefanie, Tony, Phil, Brandon and many others. Patrick will be deeply missed by all.

Friends and family may visit at Reeb Funeral Home 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH. Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29 from 3-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, April 30 at Little Flower Catholic Church. Patrick will be laid to rest beside his grandfather at Toledo Memorial Park.
Contributions will go toward stepping stones in his name at the zoo and/or one of the Metro Parks
