Jonna Louise Karrick,
age 50, of Toledo, passed away
peacefully on Thursday, May 17, 2007
at the Cleveland Clinic with her
dedicated husband, Bob by her side.
She was born
on
October 15, 1956 to Vernon and Joyce
Louise Fields in DeKalb, IL. Jonna’s
family moved to San Diego, CA where
she was raised. She moved from there
to Toledo in 1989 with her own
family, however a part of her always
remained there. Jonna wasn’t only a
wonderful mother to her children,
but to their friends and families as
well. She truly was a “Mother To
All,” never thinking of herself
first and always doing something for
someone. Jonna often enjoyed family
vacations, but mostly later in life
she cherished the trips spent with
her loving husband. She was an
exceptional wife, mother, daughter,
sister, and friend who will be
deeply missed by all who knew and
loved her.
She is survived by her loving
husband of 28 years, Robert A.
Karrick Jr; children Jennifer Louise
and Robert A. Karrick III; father
Vernon A. (Joanne) Fields; brother
David A. Fields; father in law
Robert A. Karrick Sr; sisters in
laws Robin, Sue (Greg), and Amy
(Brent); nieces Amber, Kelly,
Laurie, and Heather; and nephews
Gil, Johnny, and Tommy. Jonna was
preceded in death by her mother
Joyce Louise Fields.
