Milton A. Allyn,86,
passed away Monday, January 14, 2008
in his
 Toledo
home, surrounded by his family.
Milton was born January 30, 1921, to
Arthur and Anna (Rapparlie) Allyn in
Maumee, OH. He was employed for more
than 30 years with Champion Spark
Plug's Aviation Department, as a
setup man, retiring in 1982. Milton
was a member and officer of the
Maumee Eagles for many years. He
enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing,
traveling, and farming.
Milton is survived by his loving
wife of 61 years, Donna; daughter:
Nancy Geldien, of Toledo; son: Gary
(Mary Ann) Allyn, of Ida, MI;
grandchildren: Kelly (Tim) Arnett,
Kerry Geldien, and Justin and
Christina Allyn;
great-grandchildren: Austin and
Kamryn Arnett and Lauren and Alexis
Bailey; and sister: Mildred Fisher,
of Toledo.
Milton was preceded in death by his
parents; and sisters: Charlotte
Woolley and Eunice Trabbic.
Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral
Home, 5712 N. Main St., Sylvania, on
Wednesday, January 16th,from 2 - 9
PM. The funeral service will be
conducted Thursday, January 17th at
11:00AM, at West Ida Immanuel
Lutheran Church, 3879 Jackman Rd.
