Cindy
Leigh (Iffland) Preble,
age 52, of Toledo, went to be with
the Lord, Saturday, July 19, 2008.
Born July 18, 1956, to Clair and
Doris  (Smith)
Iffland, Cindy will be remembered
for her dynamic personality. A
graduate of Davis Business College,
she worked as an executive secretary
for the City of Toledo for 11 years.
Beautiful on the inside and out,
Cindy radiated a light that could
brighten a room. Her strong
Christian faith and active
participation in The Church on
Strayer, were important in her life.
She was an active person who enjoyed
camping (without the bears!),
created unique and delicious meals,
and volunteered her time to help
others in need. Cindy was a caring,
loving, selfless wife, daughter,
sister, aunt, and friend: an angel
shackled to this Earth, set free for
Eternity in Heaven. Left to cherish
her memory are her loving husband,
Randy; parents, Clair and Doris;
brother, Cary and his wife, Janeen -
who was like a sister to Cindy; as
well as many nieces and nephews,
Adam and Lindsey Iffland, William,
Andrew, Sasha, Angelique, Valentino,
Jessie, and Joshua. A Memorial
Celebration of Cindy's life will be
held on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m.
until 6:00 p.m. at The Church on
Strayer, 3000 Strayer Rd., Maumee,
43537. In lieu of flowers, the
family suggests any donations in
Cindy's memory be made to Big
Brothers Big Sisters of America, 230
North 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA
19107. The Reeb Funeral Home,
